Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am until 4:00pm and Thursdays till 6:00 pm. Appointments are not necessary. We gladly take walk-in patients all day. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Discover and American Express). The office visit fee is $40.00. We offer a number of prescription appetite suppressants that we can fill in house for your convenience. The price of our medications ranges from $25.00 to $65.00. If you prefer, you may take your prescription with you to a pharmacy of your choice. In addition to our prescription medications, we also offer several injectables. They range from $15.00 to $65.00. If you come in for an injection only, you do not have to pay the $40.00 office fee.

What can I expect on my first visit?
On your first visit we will have you fill out a brief health history. Please bring in your driver’s license or legal picture identification and a list of any medications that you are currently taking. We will get your weight and blood pressure at your initial visit as well as all follow up visits. You will go through a new patient orientation. All the medications and possible side effects will be explained to you as well as diet and exercise.

We will listen with a stethoscope to your heart and lungs.

What to expect on first visit:

1) Nutrition education – includes a ADA approved diet plan.
2) Counseling about change in lifestyle.
3) Individualized exercise program.
4) A check of blood pressure and pulse.
5) Heart and lung sounds will be checked.

What are the criteria to be seen as a new patient?
We treat patients between the ages of 16 and 65. Anyone under the age of 18 must be seen with a parent on every visit. You must have a body mass index greater than 30kg/m squared or greater than or equal to 27kg/m squared in the presence of at least one weight related co-morbidity (eg. Hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or dyslipidemia.)
